ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “……to issue any order or direction or writ or writs more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in taking action on representation dated 08.11.2013, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondents 2 to 4 to restore the land in Sy.No.81 to an extent of 6.18 gts. situated in Gupanpally village, Nizamabad Mandal and District, in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice and equity and pass other order or orders in the circumstances of the case.”
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by deleting the dead persons from the array of parties.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.985 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
