JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 02.07.2012, the Court passed the following order;
When the matter is called out, none is present for the State. The application is received from the jail and the applicant-prisoner has prayed for long parole in view of the fact that his application for release is already been processed and he has already completed more than 14 years in prison.
Learned APP shall obtain appropriate instructions. Matter be put up on 03.07.2012.
Today also, unfortunately no one is present on behalf of the State. Hence, the matter is kept on 16.07.2012 (S.R.BRAHMBHATT, J.) Pankaj Top
