A perusal of the office report dated 27.9.2019 and earlier reports also clearly indicates that till date learned counsel for the appellants has not taken steps to serve the respondents.
Defective appeal was filed in the year 2005 and regular number was granted in the year 2010. For last nine years the appellant has not taken care to take steps to serve the respondents.
Accordingly, present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
