JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr.Shashvat Shukla for learned advocate Mr.Tirthraj Pandya for the petitioner states that since the Suit filed before the Board of Nominees is dismissed after filing of the petition, the cause of the petition would not survive.
He places on record a copy of the order passed by the Board of Nominees in Lavad No. 131 of 2011.
In view of the above development, the petition has become infructuous and hence, disposed of accordingly.
