Heard Shri Ravindra Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Tanmay Verma holding brief of Shri Aynak Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the relief no.2.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed so far as the relief no.2 is concerned.
So far as the other reliefs are concerned, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to pay interest on the late payment of dues of her husband late Dharm Veer Singh.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with the direction that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation before the respondent no.4, Executive Engineer, Electricity Maintenance Division, III, Harduagaj, Termal Power Station, Aligarh, raising all her grievances as raised in the present writ petition within a period of 15 days from today alongwith the certified copy of this order, the respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a further period of two months.
