JUDGMENT / ORDER

AMENDMENT APPLICATION For reasons stated in paragraphs 2 and 4 of the Amendment Application, in the array of petitioners, name of petitioner No.4, Ramji Chaudhary is directed to be deleted, and the names of Manoj Kumar Srivastava and Shailesh Kumar Srivastava, whose details have been given in paragraph 5 of the Amendment Application, are directed to be impleaded as petitioner Nos.4 and 5.
Said incorporation be carried out forthwith.
The matter be placed before the Court on Monday.
The Stamp Reporter is directed to submit fresh report in view of the changed circumstances.
