Present petition is filed by the petitioners with prayer to quash the impugned chargesheet along with summoning order as well as NBW dated 14.7.2014, 16.5.2015 & 13.10.2016 to 29.9.2018 in Electric Case No.91/2015, in Case Crime No.592 of 2014 under Section 138-B Electricity Act, PS Shahganj, distt. Jaunpur in the Court of Addl. Sess. Judge/Spl. Judge (E.C. Act), Jaunpur.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the matter is compoundable and he would be filing an application for compounding within two weeks from today.
In view thereof, in case such a compounding application is filed within two weeks from today, the Court below shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
For a period of eight weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
