Ref: Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2018.
Heard Mr. Surendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 13.9.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to inadvertence, after the word 506 IPC as occurring in the 5th line of the second paragraph of the order dated 13.9.2018, the word "section 7/8 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act" has not been transcribed. Similarly he submits that in the 7th line of the same paragraph of the order dated 13.9.2018, the word Judge has been transcribed twice. Therefore, the second word may be directed to be omitted.
Prayer made for is bona fide.
Accordingly, it is hereby provided that after the phrase 506 IPC section 7/8 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act shall also be read. Similarly, in the second last line of the second paragraph of the order dated 13.9.2018, the description of Court shall be read as Court of Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 1, Banda.
This correction shall form the part of the earlier order dated 13.9.2018.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands disposed of.
