.. Petitioner .. Respondents Counsel for the Petitioner: Mr. G.Rajeswar Rao. Counsel for the Respondents: GP for Civil Supplies (TS) ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner’s FP shop No.17 of Bhiknoor of Nizamabad district by his order dated 30.09.2014 in proceeding No.B1/3500/2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
