ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction preferably a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 5th respondent in not accepting the filled in applications seeking admission into ‘C’ category seats under management quota for 1st MBBS Course, as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, intentional and contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.97 Health, Medical & Family Welfare, dated 06-07-2013 and consequently direct the 5th respondent to accept the application forms of the petitioners and process the same for admission into 1st MBBS Course.”
At the hearing, Mr. M. Srinivasa Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.35393 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
