2. Petitioner states that on her complaint, a case in crime No.169 of 2014 was registered on 07.09.2014 with respondent No.3 and alleging that no investigation is carried out in pursuance of the said F.I.R., the present writ petition is filed.
3. Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader, however, show that during the course of investigation, respondent No.3 has recorded the statement of as many as seven witnesses. It is also stated that A1, who is working as Mechanical Engineer in Air Force Station, Haryana State and, as such, after obtaining permission from the employer, appropriate enquiry will be made, so far as he is concerned. It is also stated A2 to A4 were already served with notices under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. for the purpose of investigation and it is stated that since investigation is under progress, it cannot be said that there is no investigation.
4. Apparently, petitioner has approached this court without proper verification of the stage at which the investigation stands. In view of the instructions of the learned Government pleader from respondent No.3, as recorded above, no further orders are necessary.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
