ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in interfering with the business of the petitioners and orally directing to vacate the stalls in Rythu bazaar, Jaggaiahpet, Krishna District, without issuing any notice as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.1 not to interfere with the business of the petitioners in running the stalls in the Rythu bazaar, Jaggaiahpet, Krishna District.”
At the hearing, Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.42346 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
