Ext.P2 is an appellate order of the Deputy Transport Commissioner by which there was a direction to consider re-registration of the light motor vehicle of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days. The complaint is that so far, the authority has not taken any decision in the matter. Having regard to the factual circumstances involved in the matter, and after having heard the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The respondent is directed to consider Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
