JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing impugned termination order vide Proc.No.10/1/22(4)/2005-RM, KMM, dated 26-11-2014, as illegal, improper, arbitrary, against law, without jurisdiction and violative of terms and conditions of deed of licence besides discrimination and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the business of the petitioner at Shop No.2, Thallada Bus Station, Khammam District.”
After arguing the case, Mr. U. Ramanjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition with specific averments relating to the dates on which his client is stated to have submitted his representations and explanation to the show-cause notice and to file material in support of the same.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47574 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
