No.22266 of 2012 in W.P.No.17403 of 2012. By the said order, the District Collector, Karimnagar, was directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.04.2012 made by the petitioner and others.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare produced Memo dated 11.04.2014 issued by the District Collector, Karimnagar, rejecting the representation dated 02.04.2012 made by the petitioner. Copy of the said Memo is made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
As the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, this contempt case does not survive and is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
