Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Hariharan, Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station, Kanyakumari District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate, (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with and investigation in Crime no.404/2016 was completed and the case has been closed as undetected on 16.01.2017 and closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. RCS notice has also been served on the de-facto complainant on 21.03.2017. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
2.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
