JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition, which is against the order of claiming maintenance in M.C.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam.
2. Heard Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the petitioner and the first respondent are present before this Court.
3. The first respondent / petitioner's wife is present before this Court and she has submitted that they have already settled the dispute between themselves and she is living with her husband / petitioner along with their children.
4. Recording the statement of the first respondent that there is no circumstance to claim any maintenance, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is closed at the SR stage itself.
