JUDGMENT / ORDER

Nisha Parikh, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the Civil Suit is already decided and this petition is arising out of interim order. She places on record copy of communication dated 11.1.2012 addressed to her by the Central Bank of India, the petitioner.
In view of the above, this petition would not survive. Hence, this petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.
