In Ref: Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 10 of 2019.
1. This is an application seeking correction in our order dated 23.5.2019. It is pointed out that in the description of the case. The number of Delay Condonation Application has wrongly been mentioned as "319238 of 2016" and it ought to be "7/2019". Error is clearly typographical.
2. Application is allowed.
3. Correction has been made today in my order.
4. Office shall correct certified copy of order, if already issued, and presented before it for correction.
5. The petitioner is directed to take steps within a week from today.
