JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. In paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of this application, it is specifically averred that this Court, vide order dated 02.09.2003, restrained respondent No.2 from disposing of, alienating, transferring, and or part with the possession of any of its properties in any manner whatsoever and the District Collector was also asked to file specific report but the same is not filed as per the said order. It is also further averred that the order of status-quo is breached.
2. Respondent No.1-District Collector is directed to file affidavit-in-reply on these aspects.
