JUDGMENT / ORDER

Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J. 1. We have perused the writ petition and the counter affidavit of respondent Nos.3 to 5.
2. Petitioner produces ready mix concrete. If the said establishment has all necessary licences and clearances, including from the Pollution Control Board (PCB), it can carry out its activities. The complaint of the contesting respondents is that the PCB's restrictions have been flouted and the PCB authorities have noted that violations are made.
Under such circumstances, this writ petition is ordered directing that if the petitioner produces a certificate before the first respondent of having complied with all the directions of the PCB and the jurisdictional officer of the PCB is satisfied that the WP(C)22559/14 -2-
establishment can carry out its activities, respondent Nos.1 and 2 will ensure that law and order is maintained and appropriate protection is granted for the petitioner to carry out its activities. All other contentions are left open.
