JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondent herein has wilfully disobeyed Annexure A1 judgment delivered by this Court on 21.3.2014 in W.P.(C) No.8225 of 2014. 2. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent, who is the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thrissur, has after the contempt case was filed disposed of Ext.P4 appeal produced in the writ petition by order passed on 6.11.2014 .
In such circumstances, as the direction issued by this court has been complied with, I find no grounds to entertain the contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
