Based on the oral submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner to withdraw the petition, this Court has granted permission to withdraw the writ petition.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
