JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This petition was briefly heard on 22.6.2012 when Shri Champaneri for the respondent was not present. Today when the matter was called out, he was again not present. We had after discussion with the advocates set apart Wednesday and Thursday of the week for taking up matters pertaining to indirect taxes. For want of presence of Government counsel, S.O. to 4.7.2012. He shall personally pay cost of Rs.1000/- which shall be deposited with the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority within a week.
