Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioners have applied, pursuant to short tender notice dated 31st December, 2018, for printing of voter list. The petitioners presented lowest tender and, therefore, by order dated 16.1.2019 the petitioners were required to give demonstration with regard to its capability of photostat machines, laser printer etc. by 17.1.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already informed the authorities that the petitioners are in possession of all these materials yet no orders have been passed.
In case, the petitioners have put its machine for demonstration as per direction dated 16.1.2019, the claim of the petitioners be considered and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law by the authorities concerned.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
