When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the first respondent as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.12776 of 2012, dated 25.03.2014, has been complied with. A copy of the communication issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.A2/11544/2014, dated 17.07.2017, has also been produced before this Court to that effect.
