Counsel for the appellant submitted that no instruction is received from his client, who is the appellant, in spite of the fact that he contacted the appellant. The above submission is recorded. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, it can be seen that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
