It is submitted from both sides that the petitioner has made deposit of the full amount as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme court, with 8% interest. If there is any dispute regarding the rate of interest due, it will be decided by the Family Court. The deposit of the full amount reported by the parties is recorded, and this Crl.M.C is closed. The Annexure E application will accordingly stand closed.
