JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner was aggrieved by the variation granted to the 4th respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the 4th respondent is no more and it is not clear as to who is operating on the permit as of now. It is also noticed that there was an interim stay on admission of the above Writ Petition and the same is operative till today.
3. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed making the interim stay absolute leaving the parties to agitate their grievance, if any, before the appropriate Forum.
