Learned counsel counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 29.07.2016, issued by the District Forest Officer, Tirunelveli in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
