The petitioner had filed a renewal application of a regular permit. The application admittedly, was delayed and an application for condonation of delay is also said to be pending. In the meanwhile, the petitioner sought for issuance of temporary permit in the route Kuttippuram - Koottanadu in which the petitioner had been running on the regular permit and the renewal application of which; along with the delay condonation application, is pending before the 2nd respondent. The petitioner also seeks for replacement of the vehicle. 2. In such circumstances, if no other person has already been issued with the temporary permit, the petitioner's application for replacement and issuance of temporary permit WP(C).26643/14 2 shall be considered, at any rate, within three weeks from today and if there is no legal impediment, the temporary permit, shall be issued as expeditiously as possible.
