JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms. Kritika Singh, learned counsel appearing for the company in liquidation has submits that a settlement has already been arrived at with M/s IFCI Ltd.
She prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file affidavit brining on record the settlement/No dues certificate of the secured creditors on the next date.
List this matter on 19.11.2014.
In the meantime, Sri Sanjay Kumar Om shall file affidavit on behalf of the Union of India.
