JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner claims to be a registered dealer. The lorry bearing Reg.No.KL-40 J 2072 has been detained with goods pursuant to Ext.P2 notice. In view of the judgment in similar matters, there will be a direction to the competent authority among the respondents to release the above vehicle along with goods to the petitioner on deposit of 25% of the demand and also executing a simple bond without surety for the balance amount.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
