JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported that the petitioner-Company is already ordered to be wound up and the Official Liquidator is already appointed. Under the circumstances, the Official Liquidator is now required submit an appropriate application for substitution to join him as petitioner for and on behalf of the Company, which is already ordered to be wound up. The Official Liquidator is personally present in the Court and he has taken note of the above. Hence, stand over to 22/11/2010 so as to enable the Official Liquidator to submit an appropriate application.
