JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both the counsel for the respective parties have stated at the bar that the dispute is amicably settled and as per the settlement the workman would b entitled to receive in total Rs.2,50000/- towards all claims as full and final settlement arising out of the litigation.
The employer has already deposited Rs.1,39,081/- under the order of this Court on 03.10.2011, as per the order dated 09.08.2011, therefore, the remaining amount of Rs.1,11,000/- be deposited on or before 24.07.2012 and on depositing the same, the total amount would be paid to the workman by Registry of this Court by Account Payee Cheque in the name of the workman after proper verification of his identity. The petition is disposed of. Both side will be at liberty to apply in case of difficulty. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No costs.
In view of the order passed in the main matter i.e. S.C.A. No.8524 of 2011, the Civil Application being Civil Application No.2726 of 2012 stands disposed of.
