Ms.
Megha Chitaliya, learned AGP tenders affidavit in reply on behalf of respondent No.1. Considering the averments made in the affidavit in reply and more particularly, Para 9 which is quoted hereinbelow, the matter is adjourned to 27.2.2012.
"9. I say and submit that on receipt of the suitable compliance from MD GAIC, the matter will be moved to the finance department and hopefully the issue regarding release of arrears of the salary will be decided within a month time."
Respondent No.1 shall file further affidavit in compliance to the statement made in Para 9 on 27.2.2012.
