JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents-authorities in not paying the arrears of salary w.e.f. 1/1/2006 till their retirement.
In view of the Resolution dated 27th August, 2012, the grievance of the petitioners is resolved and now, nothing survives in the matter. The petitioner stands disposed of accordingly. The copy of the said Resolution dated 27.8.2012 is taken on record.
Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
