JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 This Court on 15.03.2012 passed the following order:
"It is informed that issue involved in the petition is under consideration before respondent no.2. Learned AGP therefore, requested for time. Hence, S. O. to 12/04/2012. "
2.0 Till today, the proposal of respondent No. 2 is not considered by respondent No.1. In that view of the matter, matter is adjourned to 16.08.2012. It is made clear that if the decision is not taken by the next date of hearing by respondent No.1, he shall remain present before this Court. Direct service is permitted today.
