JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
The operation of the order dated 13.12.2011 passed by this Court ( Coram: K.M. Thaker, J) which was continued till today will be continued till final disposal of the petition.
The respondent-workman shall be paid wages as per the provisions of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on the 10th day of every month failing which it will open to the respondent-workman to move application for vacating the interim relief.
