THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18552 of 2008 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition we are of the view that order dated 30.09.2008 passed by this Court is good enough to cover the entire issue as mentioned in the writ petition. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there has been subsequent development during the pendency of the writ petition for which action is required to be taken by this Court.
We therefore close the present writ petition permitting the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, as may be advised, on the subsequent development. No order as to costs.
