ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.27, Shanthinagar, Adilabad, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Sri Rajesh Maddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has received a show cause notice- cum-suspension order; that his client may be permitted to submit his explanation; and that respondent No.4 may be directed to complete the enquiry and pass a final order expeditiously.
In the light of the above submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within a period of two months from the date of submission of explanation by the petitioner.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.39884 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
