ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Ms. Justice G.Rohini) Against the impugned order an alternative remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedy of appeal. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
