O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 and 2 in stopping the petitioner from filling her water tanker from 5th April, 2008 onwards without notice and opportunity.
2. The petitioner is having water tanker bearing No.AP22 T 8296 and as the said tanker become unusable, she bought another second hand tanker. She was registered as a tanker operator with registration No.D 7144 in the office of the first respondent. When she was prevented from taking water from Tarnaka over head tank and Moula Ali over head tank, this writ petition was filed.
3. This Court, by order dated 09.07.2008, granted interim direction. When the writ petition came up for hearing, it is represented by both the counsel that the petitioner has been permitted to take water for supply to the residents, there is nothing to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
4. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
