Public Prosecutor ORDER The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to protect the petitioner's property measuring 7.18acres comprised in S.F.Nos.755 and 756, Thottipalayam Village, Tirupur District, in view of the decision of this Court reported in 2014(2) CTC 695 (Radhika Sri Hari and another v. Commissioner of Police) by considering the petitioner's petitions dated 20.04.2016, 01.03.2017 and 25.03.2017.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the investigation relating to the property in question is pending before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Tiruppur. He further submitted that Section 107 Cr.P.C proceedings is also pending against the parties, before the competent authority.
3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Tirupur to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's petitions dated 20.04.2016, 01.03.2017 and 25.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to all the necessary parties. The petitioner is permitted to produce the documents in support of his contention, particularly, the order dated 13.04.2016 passed by the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur in I.A.No.628 of 2015 in O.S.No.501 of 2015, which shall be taken into consideration by the authority before passing any order. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
