1. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 02.11.2012, officers from respondents No.1 and 2 authorities are present in the Court. The presence was directed by this Court by the said order dated 02.11.2012 only because, inspite of earlier orders, the affidavitinreply was not filed. Today also affidavitinreply is not filed.
2. In view of this, the presence of the officers cannot be dispensed with. It is open to authorities to file affidavitinreply by next working day. List on 18.12.2012.
3. Affidavitinreply, if any, shall also include standing instructions of the Government, if any, may be administrative in nature, which deals with prescription of time in the matter of departmental inquiries at each stage.
