ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to implement order dated 22.11.2010 in F.A.No.1178 of 2009 and batch on the file of the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties submitted that in Writ Appeal No.1431 of 2014, a Division Bench of this Court has set aside the order dated 22.09.2014 in Writ Petition No.18973 of 2010, of a learned single Judge, who allowed the said writ petition similar to the present one, with liberty to the writ petitioners therein to approach the District Consumer Forum for execution of the orders passed by it.
Following the said judgment, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, for execution of its order.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.12391 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
