Respondent (Common in both the petitions) (By Sri.S.T.Naik, HCGP) These Criminal Revision Petitions are filed under Sections 397, 401 and 482 of Cr.P.C praying to set aside the order dated 01.10.2010 passed by the Spl.JMFC (Sales tax), Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.Nos.1629/2003 and 1628/2003 issuing fine leviable warrant under Sections 421(1) (a) of Cr.P.C. for recovery of Rs.9,90,199/- and Rs.1,39,869/- respectively by attachment and sale of properties of petitioner and quash the proceedings.
