The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural programme (Dance and Music programme) in Sri Kaliamman, Sri Mariamman, Sri Theepanjiamman Temple Festival situated at Jammanahalli (Village & post), Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District scheduled to be held on 29.06.2017 from 06.00 pm to 11.00 pm.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representations being given to the respondent on 14.06.2017 and 20.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 29.06.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.
3. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.
4. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 14.06.2017 and 20.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 27.06.2017.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
