JUDGMENT / ORDER

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri, to dispose of R.C.A.No.6 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition for eviction on the ground of wilful default. The learned Rent Controller has ordered eviction, against which, the respondent/tenant has preferred R.C.A.No.6 of 2015, which is pending. Hence, he prays for early disposal of the appeal.
3. Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, I am inclined to give a direction to the appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Subordinate Judge), Ponneri, is directed to dispose of R.C.A.No.6 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to both sides. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
