O R D E R Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 3, 4 and 5 submits that permanent power supply has been arranged for the premises of the petitioner with Electrical Meter No.N9HT01 by duly conducting P.C.Test following the procedure prescribed under the Regulations as on 2.5.2019 in view of the occupancy certificate submitted by the petitioner in compliance with the Regulations. Hence, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
3. The questions raised in the writ petition has rendered academic in view of the permanent power supply given to the petitioner’s premises.
Writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
